As a Service member, I have been in and out of Verizon stores across the nation and this one has stood out due to one particular employee. The store representative, Lopez, took time to help me find the right promotion to give me the most bang for my buck during my recent phone upgrade. He answered all my questions and was never pushy or tried to steer me towards something I did not want or need. He also took the time to show me what the changes to my bill would be and worked hard to find the right phone on the right plan at the right price. I highly recommend trying here first before going anywhere else.

A very different experience from the store on Ross Clark Circle.
