A few years ago, we moved and began using the Ozark location instead, which has been a complete contrast — their service is always a 10/10. The staff there is helpful, attentive, and genuinely willing to assist, which made us hopeful things might have improved here as well. Unfortunately, after moving back to Dothan, that wasn’t the case. My wife came in with an issue with her phone’s power button, expecting the same level of service we’ve grown accustomed to at the Ozark location. Instead, we were simply handed a number and sent on our way with no assistance or reassurance. Customer service matters, especially when customers are already dealing with technical issues. Today, I simply did not have the patience for another dismissive experience, and it was disappointing to see that nothing seems to have changed at this location. I wanted to share this feedback in hopes that it leads to improvement, because we know your company is capable of delivering excellent service — we see it every time we visit Ozark.

Multiple calls multiple lies and then it’s still not corrected. Hours upon more hours WASTED !! Over and over AND OVER again and the billing is still WRONG. WHY CANT YOU FIX THIS??? This is absolutely ridiculous. And then to lose service for an entire day on top of the continued errors in billing.
