We were left holding three phones that were supposed to be accepted as part of that deal. We went to the store multiple times trying to fix this. Mike at the Circle location said it was Kelly’s responsibility. Kelly told us to bring the phones to the store. Once there, no one would take ownership or help complete the trade-in. After weeks of back-and-forth and zero resolution, we gave up. My business took a $3,300 loss because no one would follow through or take responsibility. Completely unacceptable experience. Business owners should stay away.
