I was in for 5-10mins, went home, tried out what she mentioned, and have had 0 issues thus far. It's great to go somewhere with helpful AND knowledgeable staff! Thank you guys!

Calling Customer Service was no help . YOU CANNOT TALK TO AN AGENT. I was offered an upgrade plan via text, but when I replied with the text message code, nothing happen. So, I tried the store and then Customer Service which neither solve the problem. The store only wanted to sell me a new plan. I may need to switch to another company...
