- BSbel sOct 1, 20251.0I visited the store for assistance with my phone because I was not receiving calls. At first, a young lady helped me, and she was very understanding and patient. She then brought over the manager for additional support, but unfortunately, the manager was not helpful or understanding. I apologized to the young lady, as she did her best, but I was disappointed with the manager’s attitude. Next time, I will be visiting the Cricket location on Betline instead.
