  Just got back from upgrading my phone at your store. I was helped by Jorrele. He was very professional and patient. He showed me all the new features my new phone had that my old didn’t. He assisted me in setting up my new accounts and was very helpful. I waited while my phone was transferring over and sat talking with him. He was very friendly. He is definitely an asset to this company. A+

  This use to be my favorite store to go in for help. Until I needed to move 3 lines off a business account onto a new consumer account. Josh was the one that helped us. It took 3 time going into the store to finally get the three lines onto a new consumer account. Just to find out that he only added two lines two lines to an account and added the third one to its own account. Never bothered telling me that the other line was on a separate account. Ended up having to go to another Verizon store in Pensacola to figure out why I was receiving two separate bills for two different Verizon‘s account. Once the employee was able to help me, and we realize Josh opened two separate accounts with one of them not even telling me about. He contacted Josh. We try to work it out and all he could tell me was he didn’t know what to do and he couldn’t help. Basically, I was out of luck, then hung up on us. After dealing with getting that account getting closed. Paying it, then receiving a refunded. And now got sent to collections. Because it doesn’t show any notes. All this could have been avoided if The Verizon employees actually paid attention to what they were doing and had knowledge on their job. Josh does not need to be working there. He should have owned up to his mistakes and made it right and instead of telling me there’s nothing he could do and hung up the phone. Avoid going to him or you will come across issues as well!! Shame on the store manager for not fixing the issue when it came to his attention. Thank goodness the employees in Pensacola actually care about their job and about helping with issues.

  Stressful day special the day before services down so I had to go back to Verizon for my new phone to get help setting it up. The guy couldn’t even help me. Tell me how to go to another store. He couldn’t do it. He didn’t even try to ask anybody to help wasted two hours of my life there.

  I walked in the store in a panic because of something I had done to my phone.......EXCELLENT customer service from Daphne & Kip!!! They are super friendly and went above and beyond to help me!!! Grateful!
