I recently switched from a major competitor to Cricket Wireless, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience at the store—specifically with Lilly and Gracie. These two team members are absolute gems!
From the moment I walked in, Lilly and Gracie were incredibly polite, warm, and welcoming. They listened patiently to my concerns about porting over multiple lines, dealing with old contracts, and ensuring everything transferred smoothly without losing data or contacts. They were extremely knowledgeable about the process, explaining every step clearly and answering all my questions (even the technical ones I threw at them) with confidence and expertise.
What truly blew me away was their dedication. The store was nearing closing time, but they didn’t rush me or make me feel like a burden. Instead, they willingly stayed well after hours to make sure my phones were fully swapped, activated, and set up perfectly. They jumped through every hoop—dealing with verification calls, system glitches, and the usual porting headaches—without a single complaint. Their patience and positive attitudes never wavered, even as the clock ticked past closing.
This level of customer service is rare these days, and Cricket Wireless is incredibly fortunate to have employees like Lilly and Gracie on their team. They embody what great service looks like: genuine helpfulness, deep product knowledge, and a real willingness to go the extra mile. The company should greatly value them, recognize their outstanding contributions, and do whatever it takes—better compensation, advancement opportunities, whatever hurdles need jumping—to keep them long-term. Employees this exceptional are hard to find and make all the difference in turning a simple phone switch into a truly positive experience.
