    The worse experience i have had for phone. I came in to get a new phone with whatever deals they had. I told Ariana that I didn’t want my bill to go up too much and if they had a watch too that would be great. However she was running around to partner with her manager about what she could do. They raised my bill by 100 dollars. She had told me that my bill would only be raise some. when i came back to see in to see if they could explained they couldn’t explained the bill being this way. I returned the phone and watch and asked was there anything i could do i didn’t have to leave Verizon and they told me no. So i asked if they could return the items and put my account back. I then left after asking was there anything bf else i had to do she said no then i left. I realized my phone was not working so i had to go back and this has now been my fourth time in the store. I left and went to AT&T so much better service and better customer service. Also don’t even try and talk to the black man that’s a manager in there he has the worse attitude for a manager. If you wanna be sassy be sassy at home.
