  Better service at the ER . There was two customers at the desk with the Verizon workers… a hour later those two same customers were still at the desk. Worse customer service I’ve ever seen!! Recommendation to my company change immediately to AT&T

  Jason was the “one of the managers” and he has a terrible attitude did not help and could not find out any information even though I spent over 1500$ here yesterday.

  the phones changed up inside of the apps and through out the whole phone from walking inside what suppose to be an apartment leveling down everything from the sun to the sky to the food and beverages to everything stores could have in there to the material on clothes and shoes and that soothing feeling clothes and shoes have i havent got messages from no social media and it be voices talking not just inside my head but outside i could be in a room alone and ill just hear loud voices and im in here alone or i could be in the house alone as well and hear loud voices and im alone to the feel how it is to walk outside to walk on sidewalks to walk on the street to walk everywhere and not just in alabama in ohio,cincinnati as well and kentucky and all other states as well like so much changed up with peoples faces and bodies to they started dressing differently and because the phone moved down they even decided to stop shopping at certain places stopping income from reaching certain stores to the feel in stores as well and restaurants and any place and every place ill give verizon no stars because the phone was brand new and was like that because i had another phone and that phone walked in the suppose to be apartment and changed up so i bought a new one and i didnt have to walk in the apartment to see that one had been changed up as well

  Please train your employees properly. I visited today to replace my work phone (through my employer's account) and was told "that's impossible" since my name was not on the account. Meanwhile, I visited a Hwy280 location and within second the salesperson texted my employer and the transaction was authorized.

  Just visited the store and had the great fortune of having Henry as my associate. This is the second time I’ve gotten to work with Henry this year, and each time has been exceptional. Henry was able to answer my questions, offer alternative options, and offer other products/services. Very much enjoyed working with Henry! Great customer service.
