This is the second time I’ve gotten to work with Henry this year, and each time has been exceptional. Henry was able to answer my questions, offer alternative options, and offer other products/services. Very much enjoyed working with Henry! Great customer service.

As previous reviews have stated the girl working there definitely did not want to be there. She was on her phone not making eye contact with me as I explained my issue. After I explained my issue she said there was nothing she could do, but I’m pretty sure she wasn’t even listening to me in the first place. I know I’ll get a response from the owner about how customer satisfaction is important to them, but obviously it’s not because according to previous reviews this has gone on for months. The ongoing issues I’m having and interactions like this are making T-mobile look very appealing(not that they care).
