Last Saturday, I went to the store as advised my customer service to make a phone swap for my granddaughter. Once I was there, I was assisted by Henry. He seem nice. He went to check on things and said there was no notes left. At that point, I was advised the only way I could do the phone swap was to trade my Phone in instead of hers that I had with me I just said no I can’t do that. That’s not what I said. We need to contact customer service. He then told me not to interrupt him stop being rude. I said I’m not being rude. I’m just telling you I was told how much money it would cost in what I needed to do. We need to contact them. At that point, he began to get loud. I asked for manager and he went to a gentleman there and was whispering, and I simply asked the manager. Did you hear him getting loud? It was then that Henry threatened me and told me I didn’t know who I was messing with and got up in my face with his Hands. I’m a 62-year-old man and he was a 20 something-year-old guy. That thug mentality came out as he wanted to fight. The manager did nothing about it. He came to try to help me with no success and gently pass me the gentleman‘s name and the general manager‘s name so it would not be noticed, he was giving it to me. I was told the GM would be out of town all week last week, which was not true. he was there but every time I called he was busy. They don’t care about people. I read another review where it says all they wanna do is sell something and that’s the truth. Bullies that’s the best description I can give you. They want to shame you into buying something and they all think they’re better than you. It can’t be difficult to get a job there because you can threaten a customer and tell them they don’t know who they’re blanking with and nothing‘s done. I would absolutely run from the store. Verizon needs to step in and do something about the attitude of each person there and provide some sort of anger management classes. I would urge someone to reach out to me because what happened to me should never happen to a soul. Please help me boycott this facility..

No prices are listed on any phones in the store; feels extremely predatory. Customer service was also abysmal. I walked in and asked about a phone, and all the agent did was tell me they didn't carry it and simply stood there. She didn't give any indication that she wanted to help me or even wanted to keep her job lol.

Visited store 2 days ago. Made appointmen before I arrived. Quickly was assigned an associate that apparently didn’t want to be there. She barely spoke and was completely un-interested in helping me understand iPhone 16 upgrade options. At least I was able to quickly conclude visit to store was useless and go home to shop online.
