She took care of transferring everything from my old phone. Found the accessories I needed, and showed me everything that was different and how to use it. If you're old like me, go see Whitley and she will take care of you! And she did it all on my lunch hour!

One associate asked if we had signed in and I replied, yes we did. Not another person came to ask if they could help or anything. After 40 min of watching these people shoot the bull and not help anyone, I called the store up the street by the Hampton. We left the store…. Still no word from any of the 5 staff members…… and got our phone within minutes of arriving. They should rethink something. If you don’t take care of your customers, somebody else will.
