- TTTasha TJan 1, 20261.0I purchased a washer and dryer It was delivered on the day that it was agreed to be delivered. However, the delivery man acted like he could not install the washer and dryer. The installation and delivery guy was very unprofessional. He arrived twenty minutes after the told me he would. He was in the driveway talking about his experience going to a club and talking to multiple women. He was even on social media while he was supposed to be working. He canceled the delivery for the dryer but installed the washer. I went to Best Buy and I was told by a customer service associate that she would look into this for me. I received a phone call but no one left a message. And of course when I called back, I got the call answering service. I do not feel valued as a customer. I am totally disappointed with the customer service. I had to find someone to install the dryer for me. They were able to install it with no issues. The pictures include what the geek squad installation person saw and how the hose looked when I pulled it out. Just lazy.
