  I had an appliance set up for delivery, and they broke it while installing it, which happens. However, I couldn't reschedule until 2 weeks later and waited all day on delivery day after multiple email and text confirmations. At the end of my delivery window, when refreshing my delivery tracking, it appeared to have been cancelled without any reasoning or phone call. It was impossible to get ahold of anybody from this specific location to discuss cancellation and what happened. Nobody from customer service could assist me or get ahold of the Birmingham manager either.

  Should make it very clear that you do not offer services to people that didn’t buy from you. Total waste of time.

  My PC would not boot. When I took it in, the GeekSquad person said it was a simple problem. After a couple of days they said they could not fix it, unless they wiped out all of my programs and data. When I asked for it back, they still charged me because they had removed a few viruses. They are not competent and will tell you how technically savvy they are, even as they tell you the only way to fix the PC is to do a factory reset.
