WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I went in today (June 28) to get a number as I’m new to the USA. The lady helping me was so rude; there was no guidance as to what I was purchasing, no communication as to what she was doing, and I was waiting in the store for over an hour. In that time the worker helped two other people while with me with no heads up that she was leaving me on my own. I did not get her name even though I asked for it. My grandfather who is 81 was with me to help and asked one question about payment and was met with such attitude, we were both caught off guard and he called her on it as did I and she just became very defensive. She only spoke in Spanish to her manager over the phone, and my grandfather who does not understand asked her to speak in English because she was talking about us to the supervisor (I do understand Spanish). Her attitude did not change, my grandfather said we would go somewhere else if she continued being rude and was met with her saying she’s not going to keep serving us. Truly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever witnessed. As someone who also works in the industry I tried to empathize but she was unwilling to even look at me when I told her that her rudeness was uncalled for and inappropriate. Went to another location and they had me out of there in 15 mins. There was no reason I should have waited for an hour and then been subject to an uncalled for attitude.

NOBODY in Customer Service has a clue as to what's going on with my phone. Wendy from Customer Service flat out LIED TO ME and I do NOT tolerate a liar!!!
