    I wish 0 stars was an option. I don’t understand how this location is still in business. I decided to purchase a dishwasher from them against my better judgment. I browsed the store and walked the sales associate to the washer I was interested in. It was $350 but after all their up charging it came out to $700. I just went with it because I need a dishwasher and he was very friendly. The wrong dishwasher was delivered and it was open box without a front panel installed. I try to be reasonable and just purchase a front panel but they are $400 on Samsungs website making my total purchase price around $1200. I contacted customer service and they told me I need to go to the store because they may have the panel there. I arrived and the sales associates were kind and asked for the manager on their headset. He immediately didn’t even want to come and address my issue and said I needed to contact customer service. When he finally did come up he told me they must’ve sold me the wrong washer and I can either exchange it (which would’ve ended up costing me more because they didn’t have more open box) or they would partially reimburse me for a panel. I asked him to look at the security footage of the washer I showed the associate and he said he would after he helped another customer which was interesting because he didn’t want to help me. I left and contacted customer service and am now just returning it. DO NOT buy appliances from here and ESPECIALLY do not buy anything with an open box label because they do not fully disclose the problems with the item. The pictured washer was rated as in “Excellent” condition HAHA. They have zero interest in keeping your business. I could’ve gotten the same dishwasher (the one I actually picked out) for $650 from Costco with delivery and installation included. I’m now understanding why Amazon will continue to reign supreme.

    I was in this Best Buy earlier this week to purchase a dryer, iPad and camera. My experience with lead/manager Tindell was very poor. He did not acknowledge me, nor did he attempt to resolve my concerns. Tindell was dismissive and clearly didn’t want to be bothered. As a result, I did not purchase anything and took my business to another company.

    Checked by phone on the availability of a toner product. I was told they do not have the product when l arrived and stated that the phone number given for this store is answered somewhere far away. I am not pleased with the store and will not shop there again. Barbara Davis

    This place needs additional help. The service here is terrible. This review was on around the beginning of 2026. I went today 1/30/26. I checked out and went to my truck, then realized the device I purchased was not what I needed. I returned to the store to exchange it, but there was no receipt in the bag. I’m not sure if it was accidentally left out, but it took about 15 minutes for staff to locate the transaction, even though I had been in the store just 10 minutes earlier. When I came back in, I asked a gentleman near the Apple section to help me get the correct iPad 13 Pro case. He placed it at the front for checkout, but once I was already on Highway 280, I realized it was the wrong case. Considering I had clearly asked for the correct one—and after already waiting so long to resolve the receipt issue—it was frustrating to leave the store a second time with the wrong item.
