When you call the store it just throws you to a foreign call center. They will not let you speak to a store employee. The call center people just tell you, "It will be ready for pickup today" every day. I asked them to cancel/refund the order and they say they cancel it but they will never send any kind of confirmation that it's actually cancelled. My credit card statement shows no refund as of yet. This whole thing has been very concerning. Then they respond to these reviews offering you support via social media, weird. Never thought I would say this but I think I'm done with Best Buy.
