    Ordered a switch 2, apparently FedEx lost it and Best Buy offered me to pick up at this store (an hour drive, closest store) and after 3 days it never became ready for pickup. When you call the store it just throws you to a foreign call center. They will not let you speak to a store employee. The call center people just tell you, "It will be ready for pickup today" every day. I asked them to cancel/refund the order and they say they cancel it but they will never send any kind of confirmation that it's actually cancelled. My credit card statement shows no refund as of yet. This whole thing has been very concerning. Then they respond to these reviews offering you support via social media, weird. Never thought I would say this but I think I'm done with Best Buy.

    I ordered the new Nintendo switch two to be delivered. I paid for them to deliver it same day they sent a kid that was extremely incompetent. Didn’t know what they were doing. Didn’t know how to get to my place. No one else has ever had a problem the system came damaged Hire people that are competent or shut down.
