Me and my wife were looking to get new computers and Cornelius was patient and helpful. We are now enjoying our new machines, the customer service there is great. If we need upgrades we will definitely visit again.

Guy that waited on me today knew what he was doing and got me out quick! Day after Thanksgiving took 3 hours to buy a laptop. That fellow figured when I finish with him, there are 5 more waiting. Lol

Great place to be at, but it's a bit of a drive to get there due to the high amounts of traffic. However it's worth the return trip for me.

Best Buy is our last electronics store and if the service I received the he last two times I was there is any indication of their longevity they will be in the conversation of remember Radio Shack and Circuit City. A couple weeks ago I went in to purchase a computer. I went in I found the one I wanted. And they had one guy working and five or six shopping. He had no idea who was first we second we etc. I was patient until I was I was skipped two times. After that purchase I went over to the phones and was unable to find assistance I left. I went and picked up some phkn accessories elsewhere only 100.00. Fast-forward 3 weeks the laptop quit working. So I went to tk return it. They had one person checking people out and doing returns. Stood in line about 20 minutes made return. Went over and picked out an air fryer . Had an some item location questions, once I found them, they had no displays , then I had pricing questions but no one was around . So I grabbed anyway went over to computers. Looked for a replacement , had questions, waited at the register in that department for at least as another 15 minuites. Walked over and looked at tablets. Decided on two as gifts grabbed of the cards walked back over to register and saw girl walk by so I stopped her showed the he item cards to her asked if they had them in stock. She was talking to another employee at this point so as he Told me to go and ask someone at a register. This is a family type review so my thoughts are being filtered. So I grab my fryer and the cards and walk up front- still only one register is open, guy still doing returns and checking people out , he first time only three people were ahead of me now at least twenty. I look at the line, I over hear the twenty questions each customer endures about phone numbers address etc, I'm holding a fryer that really isn't heavy until you carry it around to he store for a couple hours , don't know about the tablets or a replacement computer. Let's go back into filter mode. So I laid the fryer down, placed the tablet item cards on top and walked out. So this time 700.00 for laptop, 300.00 for tablets and 120.00 for fryer . Is it that big of a deal that one customer walked out unhappy and has chosen to spend that money somewhere else? The employees probably don't care , and apparently nor do the managers because it only one customer. But that is exactly the reason one day we will be saying hey do you remember Best Buy, Circuit City and Radio Shack,?
