    Whatever you do, do not order from Best Buy and chose same day shipping. You will waste your money. The products ship out of the local store and Best Buy uses a company called Roadie. You have a 95% chance that you will never see your product and then you are in a battle with Best Buy to get a refund. It is absolutely insane of how bad Roadie is, and how idiotic Best Buy is for partnering with them. Worst experience I have ever had with a company. As a former Best Buy employee it makes me sad to see how anti consumer they have become.

    Great Customer Service, well stocked, the reason for not getting a 5 is due to lack of in-store experience this location is better for store pickup, as the store has stocked shelves issues most of the stuff they have but have to ask to see if they have at the store, app is definitely recommended for this location for seeing what’s in stock.

    Beware open box items with multiple components. Due to their own error the power cable for the laptop I bought was missing despite being in excellent condition. I was given only two options: return for a full refund or buy a power cable at full cost despite the missing item being due to their own handling error since they "do not sell open boxes with missing items" (quoted exactly as stated over the phone). No crediting, discounting, or any sort of compromise. Might as well have been talking to an AI bot both over the phone and in store. Fortunately found a better laptop somewhere else brand new.
