I was helped immediately by a number of eager attendees today! Ultimately Felicia helped me though there were some technical difficulties from T Mobile. Though I was frustrated, she maintained her poise and gracefully helped me amidst the technological challenges. She kept the atmosphere light and gave very helpful suggestions to resolve the issues. Ultimately, I executed one of her suggestions and came back and was taken care of by Nathan to set up. Nathan got me through set up, shared some neat techniques and tips, and got me on my way. While the technology and policy from Apple frustrated me, the staff were phenomenal. Thank y’all for being great, positive, and knowledgeable employees!

The store was clean and presentable; however, my experience was disappointing due to poor communication and organization. I was not informed that my phone would be fully erased during the repair. When I returned to pick it up, staff refused to release my device until payment was made, even though I needed access to my phone to resolve a card issue. After receiving my phone, I had to complete the entire setup and reactivation process while being rushed to leave, despite living two hours away. This lack of communication and consideration left a negative impression and has discouraged me from returning.

I went into the store today 4/1 to purchase an Apple MacBook Pro. I wasn’t greeted by any of the workers, which is fine because it’s a busy store. Another young lady and I were both at the table and a worker comes out speaks to her, helps her, and tells her if you need me I will be at the two front tables, completely ignoring me. Well that wasn’t a good look!

Came in to try to get my MacBook camera fixed ( not broken just connection issues) & get my apple pay wallet fixed which would not take long. I was told they can set an appointment so I can come back in a hour but they can only fix one thing. If I’m setting an appointment to fix 2 things why are you only checking one? Yes I know yall will have other customers come in later BUT if I have an SET APPOINTMENT TIME means you all need to address both issues so I would NOT have to come back. The people that come in after would have to wait just like me and if you can’t fit them in for that day they come back another day. That dumb. Y’all are just making yourself more busy not addressing all problems at one time.

I ordered a MacBook from the Apple Summit location through Apple’s website. I chose a pick up time and waited for the email saying it was ready. I never got the email so I went in right at my pick up time only to be told they couldn’t find my order because it was still “processing.” I waited my entire pick up window plus more time (30 minutes) and it was still processing. I went to the pick up counter and they said there was nothing they could do until the order is processed. I went back to my car - an hour after the pick up window I selected had passed - and called Apple support. They checked and found that the MacBook I bought was out of stock at that location. I went back inside the store to confirm and they gave me the excuse that “someone must’ve bough the last one while you were placing your order.” Now, I realize it’s really not on the Apple Store employees but I do think this could’ve been handled better. Inventory needs to be updated and if someone’s pick up window has passed maybe the employees should check inventory. I drove over an hour to the store, waited over an hour, and drove home empty handed. Apple needs to make sure their products are in store and in stock before allowing people to purchase them online causing them to waste half their day.
