- PDPennie DillOct 3, 20255.0I have to say that Erin and Stacy was the best help ever, I decided I wanted to move off of my parents phone line and be a little more independent for myself and when I tell you that I wouldn’t recommend anyone else in the world to work with I mean that. They both was super helpful, Erin and Stacy both went above and beyond for me. I went with the iPhone 17 pro max (sliver) but not only was it a pain to get it in their hands because it’s on back order but they even had everything ready to go when I walked in the door. I called on Wednesday (September 24th) and had them get the phone ready because I wouldn’t have been able to make it until that following Friday (September 26th) I was impressed on how quickly they was able to get everything done. I most definitely want to thank Erin individually because Erins been absolutely amazing! My mom and stepdad got their new phones in the mail from Verizon and we was having some issues swapping the numbers over from a different carrier, even though Erin couldn’t directly help me, Erin most definitely pointed me in the right direction!
