This store did not want to help me because of the type of phone plan I had and said you typically won’t get help from Verizon with that type of phone plan. I pay Verizon every month for a plan. Why do they choose not to help certain people based on their phone plan? Rude customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE!! I was supposed to pick up a new router within a two hour time frame, ordered by Verizon Customer Service. After almost three hours, I called Verizon who reached out to the store. The employee told the Customer Service representative it would be ready before closing. When I did not hear anything, I called Verizon, again, and was told it would be ready. I still didn’t hear anything and drove to the store. The guy in the store told me my order had been cancelled. His manager, who wasn’t there, called and told him, almost two hours earlier, he was cancelling the order. No calls, nothing. They even told the customer service representative it would be ready when the order had supposedly been cancelled. There was no ownership of the problem and no apology. I was told since they are a third party store, it was not their responsibility and that I need to contact Verizon.

I had an excellent experience with Micah. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain all of my options clearly. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and I truly felt supported as a customer. Great customer service!
