Lie lie then lie some more! My wife and I went in to switch her phone over to an iPhone 13 we had, hers was a 12 and not working. We were told with her phone trade in she could get the newest, trade her phone in and get a credit worth the cost of the new phone. Had to pay$100 or so. Paid and they started the upgrade. Went to lunch and was gone for about an hour and he said the phone should be ready transferring when we get back. Came back and waited an hour more and the phone was not ready. We took the phone and drove 3 hours away and restarted the process ourselves. Got her new phone going after fighting it for hours. Wiped her old phone and returned it the next week. The young lady took the phone and said it would be turned in and my wife would get a text to access her account and apply the credit. I got a message saying it was a $100 credit. Never got another text or call like we were told. Tried to call the store and got a corporate agent. She told us we received $350 for the phone. Once they graded it, this is what it was worth. This is a far cry from the$850 the young man said we would get, we just needed to trade in her phone. We explained the issues and he saw what type of phone it was. Ithe agent asked if i would like to dial with the store, I said yes and the store would not answer. She asked for a call back, I said please have the manager call me! I have been waiting for over a week now! I would switch carriers if any of them were different, they all lie. This one had led to me several times now. Avoid this store if you send your kids to the local university , have them come home. At least then you may see the fraudsters in store or in public where they can face you.
