- JMJulie MearsAug 1, 20181.0Horrible customer service. To start with manager held a phone for me till Monday. Went Monday to get the phone she wasn't there and lady told me they didn't have the phone. She called manager and manager told her it would be in tomorrow. Went back Tuesday and got the phone. Got home and phone wouldn't even work. When someone called you the screen was black couldn't answer. Took the phone back next day and they told me it was a manufacturer warranty issue I would have to send it back to them and be with out a phone for at least 2 or more day. This should be an issue handled in the store since the phone didn't work to start with. UPDATE: Went to Decatur store they are great! Gave me a eeplreplace phone no questions asked. Never will I go to the Athens store again!
