Very polite and cared about my experience even past the purchase date. I left the premises at closing time and my rep made sure I got into my car safely (as a woman, that is huge for me) I felt like I had just run into an old friend and that’s how customer service should be done. Thank you for the experience! Myself and my daughters Christmas will be that much better because of it! Also, I think the company should let them go home a bit earlier on Christmas Eve, Santa has a lot to do that day lol
