    I went in and took my Samsung Galaxy phone because I was missing calls and texts, people kept telling me they tried to reach me for months and could not. Verizon found that my call forwarding was on, tried to turn it off but it kept coming back on. Then they found that there were 10+ I.P. addresses connected to my ONE LINE and couldn't figure out how to correct that. I was told there wasn't anything they could do and they suggested I set up a second phone number and buy a completely different phone! My phone is less than 2 years old, and I pay almost 650$ per month to Verizon for my 4 phones. This has been going on for 2 years now with no solution, no lowering of my bill even though half or more calls and texts do not go through and THEY openly said MY PHONE IS TAPPED. I don't know of a quality service since I have no experience with any other company, but if you want a SAFE phone line, This doesn't seem to be the place.

    Honestly, I’m surprised this company is still in business. We went in and got three phones on a black Friday special and we’ve had nothing but problems from the start we were supposed to receive our phones for $10 each after turning in our old iPhones, they ended up charging us full price for the phones. It took me four months to even get that straightened out, on top of that they signed us up for a business account which we do not have and have never had a business and from what I understand they do that with several customers because they get commission for this, and if you sign up for a business account once you walk out of their door, they can no longer help you, you will have to contact the Verizon business line. Since then my mother-in-law who was sharing a phone with us passed away, and because she was on a business account they will not do anything about it other than us paying off the phone for full cost even though the phones were supposed to only cost us $10. If you must use them DO NOT let them sign you up for a business account! Still a total mess after a year and a half!
