  So I get this bogus ding on my credit report for not paying verizon, but when I call Verizon they don't know anything about it. So my credit is being ruined and nobody knows why. Thanks Verizon.

  The Current Manager at the Soldotna Store has absolutely no idea of what customer service is! He is clearly in the wrong position! How he obtained that position is beyond my imagination! His position needs to be seriously reconsidered by his upper management! I will be following up on this with them and if necessary the corporate headquarters of that particular store. Please contact me for more detailed information ! Thank you so much!

  It took me almost 4hrs.to sign up for service that still has not been provided though paid for. Now they require me to drive the 40 miles back to the store..... are you serious ?.

  I was so impressed with the service that I received last week. When I came into the store there were already several people ahead of me, and the young man that was handling the counter, and also training a new employee, immediately welcome to me. I knew he had a long line ,I knew I didn't have an appointment, so I just sat and watched what was taking place. The young man's name is Will, and I watched as he gave each person great attention and care, even though there were several inline, he never tried to brush aside the concerns of the folks he was working with. He stayed gracious, calm, and continue to solve problems for each client. When it became my turn he answered my questions, (I was there to check on importing my number and cell account to Verizon) The next day I returned with the info for import and my two phones to begin the process. One of my phones could not be switched, they had many good options, but I already had a phone on the way, so I returned when it arrived. Will was not there but a young man named James was... he went over several options for me, one I hadn't even thought to look at, and I walked out with a plan that was absolutely suited to my needs, and was less expensive then my previous plan with my other carrier, (and gave me international calling ability to boot. That was one option I was looking for) What I'm most impressed with is watching the way these guys know their stuff, when it comes to different phones, what to do with them, and how to troubleshoot. They do everything in their power to get you the best deal as well as the plan that fits you best.

  We have had the worst costumer service experience that I have ever had with any company. Their sales people online are worst than the shadiest used car salesman. They give one price then send the wrong phones and make it nearly impossible to send them back. We tried to work it out with them and keep trying to charge us more money. They even wanted to charge a $50 restocking fee for each phone. 4 phones x $50 =$200 for their mistake. You can't get anything resolved at the local Verizon in soldotna because they are not a corporate store. They even said we had to drive to Anchorage which is 3hr drive one way. When we said that we just want to return the phones and be done with them. They kept trying to sell us. I would never recommend Verizon to anyone. If your think about Verizon for your phones don't walk but run away.
