Now that I have your attention let me regale with the "whys" Firstly, walking in the store feels like and episode of "Cheers" (where everybody knows your name...). I've patronized this store for years and always had exemplary service so it wasn't a surprise to me to expect that and receive it. Christina (manager extraordinaire) along with Savaii, Lisa , and Malcolm (the tech know-it-alls) have helped me tremendously. I came in to do what I believed was going to be an easy upgrade. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Turns out Apple was the cause and not Verizon. This was discovered because they discussed amongst themselves trouble-shooting ideas EVEN while managing to help customers as they came and went. It was like watching a well choreographed dance. This help was over a matter of days.... they didn't cease to help me until the problem was found! I am so grateful for every last one of them they are professional, courteous, and engaging I felt like I was amongst friends!
