  It’s 3 o’clock and they are closed most of the days early. What’s the point of being open at all if you never have the members at the store like they’re supposed to be- there’s not even a sign posted of why they’re early closing.

  Juneau Retail store has been closed for days (10/31 - 11/4) with no one reachable and a sign left on the door saying "sorry left early for the day". Wasted hours of my time between trying to get service at the store and trying to get assistance on the phone with Cricket, who couldn't help me because my phone was broken and couldn't receive SMS. If you're going to close the store for multiple days with no one to be found, at least leave an accurate sign indicating that on the storefront door. Left me with no cell phone for days and wasted a lot of my time.

  Jeremy is the most helpful most amazing worker ever. He is a real go getter. And is very good at answering any of my questions and meeting all of my needs/making sure I understand everything and am getting the best prices. Definitely recommend him. And cricket.

  Not a huge selection and the phones are pricey compared to buying the exact same models online, but the data plans are affordable. They get the job done
