- DWDex WilkeNov 4, 20251.0Juneau Retail store has been closed for days (10/31 - 11/4) with no one reachable and a sign left on the door saying "sorry left early for the day". Wasted hours of my time between trying to get service at the store and trying to get assistance on the phone with Cricket, who couldn't help me because my phone was broken and couldn't receive SMS. If you're going to close the store for multiple days with no one to be found, at least leave an accurate sign indicating that on the storefront door. Left me with no cell phone for days and wasted a lot of my time.
