  This place is awesome! Staff are super friendly and very helpful, they even take the time to reach out after each appointment and make sure my kitty’s are ok! They work with our schedule and even have an app. If you sign up for their emailing list they include fun facts about your pet and ways to keep them safe in the summer and winter. They make sure you are up to date with vaccines and even send reminders. this place is truly 5/5 stars!

  We have taken our dogs to VCA East Anchorage to see Dr. Maggie for years. She has been so helpful with all of our concerns. The team is also wonderful at this clinic. Phones are answered promptly (no phone tree to deal with) and everything is followed up on quickly. When we have had urgent concerns, we have been offered services despite Dr. Maggie's schedule being full, which gives os peace of mind. We recently euthanized our eldest dog, who Dr. Maggie had seen since I adopted him. The whole team was compassionate and caring. Even though we now live on the opposite side of town, we make the choice to drive to see Dr. Maggie at VCA East Anchorage and highly recommend the clinic.

  The entire staff of VCA East is world-class. We have 3 cats that we bring in for everything from regular wellness to emergency scares. Scheduling is always fair, and when they have the capacity they have gone above and beyond for us. Technicians and Doctors are knowledgeable and patient with nervous pet parents. Everyone is polite and understanding. 10/10 would recommend.
