I called customer service and they scheduled an appointment with someone at this location to call me. Nobody called and after I called back, nobody returned my call. Verizon customer service is TERRIBLE. I am looking at terminating our business service with them and moving our entire account to AT&T.

She helped me compare phones and plans to stay within my budget. She suggested the Galaxy s25 ultra for the better camera. Boy was she right! My pictures are crisper than ever! I definitely would recommend this store.
