    I went in to look for a new phone. It was a snowy day do the place was empty. The lady there was so rude to me I took my business else where. Its sad you guys were the best across the land and turned onto shit as she advised you cant do home internet as well. So maybe you should get it together

    I am a Business Cellular customer. We are no longer able to get ahold of our Business Rep. I called customer service and they scheduled an appointment with someone at this location to call me. Nobody called and after I called back, nobody returned my call. Verizon customer service is TERRIBLE. I am looking at terminating our business service with them and moving our entire account to AT&T.

    Long story short I lost my phone in the airport. I went to the Verizon store to get a replacement phone and I had a great experience. Ada was the best. She helped me compare phones and plans to stay within my budget. She suggested the Galaxy s25 ultra for the better camera. Boy was she right! My pictures are crisper than ever! I definitely would recommend this store.
