Upgraded my phone online via Verizon. Was told my phone would be ready for pick up within 1hr. It has now been close to 6hrs and the store closes in 30min. The sales person when I went in at ~330pm today told me my phone wasn’t ready, but would be in 5-30min. That was 3hrs ago. He was rude, dismissive, not understanding, or helpful at all. I would NOT recommend going into this store. Order online and get delivered or just go elsewhere to purchase your phone.

I went there on Tuesday and they were so friendly, there were only two employees the manager and a younger gentlemen who helped explain all the different deals and really listened to what I was wanting from my plan and what kind of phone i wanted. I don't remember their names but truly one of the one times i didn't hate going into a tech store.

Avoid this location at all costs and just go to the Verizon store in the Diamond mall. They are way more helpful. This is Victra, a separate retailer that is authorized under Verizon. I’ve never had an issue with any Verizon store before until this one. I’ve heard from the Diamond Verizon location employees (as I went there after my unpleasant visit here) that they fired and rehired new employees since the customer service level wasn’t up to par, but even after all of that, it still isn’t. I know jobs aren’t always fun, but the employees clearly make it very apparent here that they hate their jobs. I felt like I was an inconvenience when I was just coming in for a phone upgrade. The employee, Jasper, also slapped on a phone protection screen before I could even know the cost of it, which in fact is $70. They try to upsell and rip you off since they just to want to make commission off of you instead of actually wanting to help you. At least that’s what I understood from my visit here. I never leave bad reviews, but the employees here made me feel so uncomfortable, and want to give other customers a heads up and to take your business elsewhere.
