Each time I have been met by experienced staff who get the job done in a timely manner. The Verizon call center, on the other hand, was the opposite experience. I will be saying the Tudor store for all my Verizon needs.

The sales person when I went in at ~330pm today told me my phone wasn’t ready, but would be in 5-30min. That was 3hrs ago. He was rude, dismissive, not understanding, or helpful at all. I would NOT recommend going into this store. Order online and get delivered or just go elsewhere to purchase your phone.
