- BABriana AkinsNov 22, 20255.0we took our two cats here to get caught up on their vaccinations. we are a military family, so we had lots of questions as of to what type of vaccines they would need to be able to travel with us throughout my husband’s military career. they gave us all the answers we needed and which gave us a piece of mind. they had a cat-exclusive exam room that had toys and a perch, which really helped our cats open up and feel more comfortable. the vet started with an initial exam, making sure they were healthy, then, they offered them treats during their shots and our cats were very pleased! they did so well, and it was truly a great experience. on top of that, being able to use our Care Credit card was so convenient. all the staff were caring, professional , and VERY helpful. we won’t go to anyone else. thank you VCA East for such a great experience.

- MMMonicaSep 4, 20255.0I always have great experiences with the staff and doctors when taking my 2 dogs in. But, in my opinion, I would recommend not doing the care club. They are charging me 115 a month for a year, which seems like way more I would spend on paying out of pocket for my puppy. And they charge cards I dont own, then say it declined so they have to charge me extra? The care club phone rep was also extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. He hung up after I gave him my card number, and didnt verify with me how much would be charged, or even say bye? I would never get care plan again.
