After discussing the options it was decided that was the best recourse. I was treated very professionally but yet I felt a level of personal attention was given to me. Although there may be others involved Evan, Shawn, Brandon, and Harley all performed their jobs at this level of professionalism with personal attention to me and my situation. My thanks and appreciation for a job well done in a timely manner. If more companies treated their patrons like this, there would be a lot less problems in customer service for other companies.
