I called and they stated that they do NOT fix tv screens. It must be an internal issue. But it states online they they are a tv/computer repair service. I informed them that they need to correct the online info so others don't waste their time. Frigging frustrating. My tv is 55 inches and very heavy for me. Glad I called.
