All I did was ask for a price, and Antonio responded with, “I don’t know, I’d have to look it up just like you could look it up.” I’m sorry, but that is NOT how you speak to a customer. If I’m reaching out, it’s because I expect the business to provide the information not attitude. It takes two seconds to look something up, and instead of helping, I was met with sarcasm and zero effort. Know your product so you can do better.
