- DRDayton Riter3 days ago1.0By far the worst Best Buy I have dealt with in terms of getting things shipped to my address/installed. Last year the brought a Refrigerator to my house and it was damaged. Dent and water line was broke. They eventually fixed that which was nice but I just ordered a dryer from them as well last month. After 3 weeks of waiting I got told they didn’t have the dryer and delayed me 2 weeks. The second shipment I rescheduled and then on the third shipment over a month later, they canceled the delivery again because they never got the dryer in tha I had ordered. Almost zero communication. When I went in to cancel my order, even the employees agreed that they wouldn’t shop at the store. Best Buy as a whole is going down hill.

I don’t know how many times I have brought in my son’s PS5 headset to get replaced. Once you use the warranty you just need to buy another warranty for the next time the item ends up breaking from abuse. In my personal opinion Best Buy has the best warranty out there.

- JFJeffrey FoglesongOct 24, 20251.0The store in the Tikatnu commons shopping area of Anchorage is less than satisfactory. I recently went there to purchase a case and an Apple Pencil for my iPad. Asked 2 different times for an employee to help me out. They all said they’d send someone my way but nobody ever came. Waited patiently for 35 minutes. Opened a few boxes of cases but none fit my iPad. I’m no dummy but I do need assistance with tech from time to time. How do companies stay in business with service like this? The customer service we used to have is like a lot of things in the country these days….non up to par. Don’t shop here just buy it online! Thanks for nothing oh and BTW you can’t call and talk to the manager… nobody would connect me with anyone to discuss the matter
