Although it was New Year Eve when we got a chance to finally visit, we didn't find a lot of knowledgeable help. We waited for 10+ mins for a an associate in cell phones who was very little help and appeared to be high. Another associate helped us in surround speakers who was very knowledgeable but they didn't have what we were looking for.

I was in the store 15 minutes before the store was closing and asked the guy at the front door for band mics 🎤 and he said if we have any it would be in the middle isle. That is a vague answer because it could be anywhere in the middle so it wouldn’t be of any help anyways. Didn’t find any mics for singing but saw an apple watch band to replace my current one and stood in line. I was standing in line patiently and it turned 10pm. I then over hear the gentleman at the front register ask for help over the radio and no one answered. He then looks over to the guy just standing there at the podium and says I’ll give you my login if you could help I’m gonna be a while with this customer would you be able to help him? The guy at the door said something but I couldn’t hear and just stood there smiled and started looking at merchandise like he was doing something. I had put my item down and left because I felt for the gentleman at the front register. If I were him and that was not the first time he was ignored that way I would have told the lead or manager on duty someone has to help the customer I’m with I’m leaving and I’m sorry I’m not coming back. There are way better opportunities out there and places who actually care about employees. Asking for help is a small ask and the way that kid at the front register looked he wasn’t very happy. PS: I didn’t storm out I left because I didn’t want to be that customer to take up a persons time after closing. Thank you for being so professional to the gentleman at the cash register. You deserve better.

I Went to Best Buy to pick up a new Google 10 Pro phone. They had no display Google phones to look at. I asked the only person I could find if the phone was available. I was told they would put me in a queue to be helped. I waited for 30 min no one showed. I found the same associate and asked if anyone was coming. I was told I was next in the so called queue. After another 15 min I gave up and just left. The store was not busy at all. Best Buy use to be my go to electronics store. Now I will do my shopping elsewhere.
