I have been going to cricket since I got my cell phone in June of 2025 over at the Sears mall store, the sales person was a young lady working there for only 3 weeks, what I didn't know is that she had removed my protection plan. I had going over to the store and to the diamond store because since October the phone had been giving me problems, and it had been blacking out at times, but I was always told it needed to be updated, and that's what they would do,
But now on the 8th of February it went completely black out, blank , no light, I couldn't see anything! I took it to the store in diamond and nothing could be done so I then went to the Sears mall on the 9th to have an old phone activated until we got the new one fixed, it was a young man name antonio. He told me yo come back so he can activate it when it's fixed
So, I then went to get it fixed on the 10th with a fix tech, in Walmart, then went to the Sears store to get it activated, it was a woman name Hill, she played around with the phone which took awhile, I could see she didn't know what she was doing, so I asked her for my phone which she refused to give me, and this was done several times until I then demanded she give me back the phone because then it was not working anymore, she just kept trying to open it looking to put a sim card, she yelled at me with a cuss word,
"I'm trying to fix the dam phone, she stated", I told her that she is not to come at me that way, by then she and I went back and forth, with words of me asking her to give me the phone, she sliced it at me and told me get out the store, I asked her to activate the old phone she had deactivated and she refused to do so, stating she didn't have to and couldn't refund the money she took! So, as I asked her again, she called security and at that time, took pictures of me, I took a picture of her then
So, security came, I told them what happened and how she also wouldn't activate my phone and how she broke the new phone, which I had just paid $180 to get repaired
They told me to just leave and take it to corporate, at that time she then place the phone at me again and I hit the phone out her hand, she kept provoking and yelling at me, that was enough
I was on my.way out, she was not professional and had No Knowledge of what she was doing with the phone, But seem so proud of herself to be yelling, she's the manager and she knows what she's doing! This is what she kept saying
On the 11th she had an officer come give me papers to go to court!
I understood, so that day I got to talk to corporate and they are checking into it! But again that same night , I went to the diamond store, which I should have going to at first, and a miss Vivian activated my phone and was very pleasant as well as helpful! I want to thank her for that!
I am so disappointed in the way things went with that woman in Sears mall, she makes cricket look Bad, she seem as if she was on something, but I should have just walked away, I knew better!
Kalila Hill should have been professional and act as such!
