  Wish I could leave zero stars. I tried calling the store number only to be on hold for 10 minutes. Then the person answering was probably in India. She says you are not able to call the store yourself. Then I'm on hold for another 5 minutes while she calls the store. The answer to my question is that the store in Anchorage is not allowed to tell me whether or not they have a battery that they can replace on my iPhone 16 pro. They can only tell me that when I come into the store myself. Seriously, so do I now have to go to the store and then they tell me "Oh we are sorry we have to order a new battery? I just had knee surgery, and that is the reason I called in the first place, to make sure my trip is not in vain. This is beyond belief. I have always thought Apple is superior, not anymore

  Terrible customer service. They don’t care how much you spend on Apple products or what your needs are. You get 20 minutes with a rep then it’s off with!!! Best of luck I feel like we are all stuck with the brand.

  1 star is a generous rating for this Apple Store. Quoted me $100 over the phone for a repair, when I get in person it shoots to $260, and then the person helping me tells me they don’t have the parts to even fix my phone (why did you let me schedule an appointment to get it fixed?) and THEN they tell me after diagnosis I’d just have to buy a new iPhone…. Went down the street and replaced my iPhone battery for the original price at $100 and it’s been working perfect ever since

  All of the techs are so friendly and helpful, I always have a good experience here and rarely go anywhere else for Apple products.
