  I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I bought an iPad 10th generation on August 16, 2024, along with a protection plan. At the time, the staff told me that screen protector replacements were free under my plan. I already changed my screen protector once on October 12, 2024 with no issues. Today, I went back to replace a broken screen protector, and the salesperson Adam told me they don’t offer this service. Even after I explained that I had replaced it before, he insisted it was not included and did not even check my original purchase information. When he spoke with the manager, I felt they ignored my explanation and treated me poorly. The customer service from both Adam and the manager was very unpleasant. After insisting and showing my previous replacement, they finally agreed to give me a new screen protector. But I don’t understand why they first said “we don’t offer this service,” and then suddenly changed their decision. If they had not told me about the free replacement when I first purchased, I would have bought a cheaper screen protector from Amazon. This situation caused unnecessary stress and frustration. Very disappointing customer service.

  We had issues with our emails and this very patient and knowledgeable assistant helped us resolve the issue. Very impressed with the service at this store.

  We recently visited their store to buy a new phone, and I was really impressed with their customer service. We really appreciate the professionalism and warm attitude of everyone there. I’ll definitely recommend this store to friends and family looking for a hassle-free and pleasant buying experience.

  I am writing this review as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer care provided by Adam, as well as his manager. As a retired CAF officer it takes an amazing circumstance on which for me to write a letter of appreciation. To spend my valuable time and to acknowledge a company’s employee, there must be a prerequisite of insurmountable effort impressed upon me with the high standard of conduct on which I hold and pride both myself as well as Canadian Armed Forces members on. Adams performance is a reflection of training under management’s care and professional ethics, which developed a very disciplined coworker that provided exceedingly specialized customer service for myself as well as I’m sure our community.   As they were helping me trade in a phone (2 employees) they both left to go help other customers. Left me sitting there for over 5 minutes waiting. It was very frustrating and very unprofessional. Employees were Charanjot and Bibi. Didn’t speak to me at all about the phone plan, ask any preference nothing. Won’t be back!
