  I was in the store this morning and was very impressed with a young man named James. Even though he was very busy he took the time to explain things to me and answered all of my questions the best he could. I'm a senior and not up to date with all the new technology out there but he made sure I understood what I needed to in order to purchase a laptop. I know I asked the same question more than once but he took very good care of me regardless I really appreciate it his friendliness and the fact that he took time out to make sure I was taking care of even though I pointed out I wasn't purchasing anything today. I will be returning to purchase a computer and James will be the one that I asked for. I managed a business for many years and if I was still working he would be the first one I would hire and steal him from your store👍 I really appreciate all your help James

  Bibi helped me with my purchase and helped me move phone plans with ease even after a few difficulties, she was able to fix it and explain it after in detail while also giving us a few great deals, over all experience was great!
