I had purchased a laptop online which ended up not working for what I needed. Nilaykumar greeted me at the door and I told him my dilemma, he said this is no problem and walked me up to the customer service desk. He exchanged the laptop for one that worked and even saved me a few dollars. This mini Best Buy has everything! I will definitely be shopping there more often!
