  Sales person Zeeshan is very helpful at this location. I went to buy the phone with plan and Zeeshan started helping us, talking and finding our needs. He is been very polite and transparent with policies and plans that with his genuine advice we ended up buying three phones and three plans for our family!!! Since then also from December 2025, anytime I need any help on my plan, I always reach out to him and he’s is always responding promptly and helping me. Best Buy store-you should do your best to keep him with your company!!

  Hammad helped us back in November with our two new phones. Initially, it was great and gave us a good deal to which we were grateful for. But after a couple months, we realized the "good deals" (even as far as putting a fake gst # business and reassuring us changing our phone number fee,will be waived) he mentioned came with hidden charges. I'm not sure if all his intention was to get the commission on his end, but as a customer this is definitely disappointing. We have been renewing our phones here for 8 years (it was the source back then) and had good experiences. But we will definitely not come back.
