So today I brought in my new computer, which was over 30 days old by a month because it wasn’t functioning properly. I was sure it was a compatibility issue with the graphics card and figured I was going to have to either acquire a new graphics card or a new system. I spent time with the geek squad and they did not give up much to my delight, until the problem was resolved. I especially want to Thank Griffin And Kyler(Agent Ritchie) Who went above and beyond in resolving the issue. These are very talented individuals and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is having computer issues! Simply the best!

Feb 16/26- Jose in the tv department was so helpful, solved our WiFi problem for us and then came over and saved us from buying the wrong range extender. It's working perfectly, absolutely no buffering now. Thanks so much Jose!

Do not shop here! They cannot schedule deliveries. A lot better experience shopping online and getting what you ask for when you ask for it. I try to support local stores so that they won't close, but the frustration just isn't worth it anymore

I couldn’t not write a review about my experience at Best Buy today. Logan and Jeremiah were so helpful when my friend and I came in to buy a tv. Little did we know it was it going to fit in my car and I ended up having to get it shipped where they helped me get a discount on the shipping fee which was so awesome. Shoutout to Logan specifically for trying to help me in every aspect with my car and trying his best to get it to fit. Probably the most embarrassing moment of my life but also the funniest lmao. Thankss guys
