Late review but I’ve had great experience with Sin and a few others in this store. Sin in particular has helped me a great deal in purchasing phones last November. My contract for my old phone is ending in June and the rest of my family and friends are eligible for an upgrade as well, and this Best Buy location will definitely be our top choice.

Could not use my laptop as I had constant warnings popping up on screen, I have (Thank God) a membership with the Geek Squad at Best Buy. Richie looked at my laptop, run a scan, corrected the situations and put a Bitfinder security on my laptop which was AT NO COST as I was a member. Best decision I ever made to buy the membership as I now have used it 3 times and NO Extra cost with a more than reasonable monthly fee (equivalent to 3 Starbucks coffees).

On Jan19th 2024 I purchased A Hyperx headset For $241.98 and since they were expensive I also purchased the 24 month warranty For $74.99. They come with a 2 year Manufactures Warranty so I figured I had 4 years of coverage. Nay Nay, when they broke on March19th this year I was then told the 2 year warranty I paid $74.99 started the day I purchased the headset not when the MW expired! They were very helpful on the phone (NOT!) so I bought a replacement from a more reliable Company! Regards, Ken Burgess Your link does nothing! So I contacted Best Buy, as I was, asked and after 50 minutes of my life expired on chat I was told sorry the plan is expired DUH! I then checked The Geek Squad FAQ and I quote "- How does the Best Buy Protection Plan differ from a manufacturer's warranty? A manufacturer's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a limited time. Your Best Buy Protection Plan keeps your appliance covered after the manufacturer's warranty ends, and offers additional value features!" So according to that they should have replaced or refunded my money! That didn't happen. Don't get fooled like I did stay away from Best Buy Warranty Regards, Ken Burgess

If you go here, I hope you drive your vehicle and keep your bags inside of it. I had ordered a new SSD online and chose to pick it up in the store to save me the shipping time. Bad idea. Me and a friend took a bus there after gaming so I had my laptop shoulder bag, and we both had backpacks on. We are both clean people wearing clean clothes, freshly shaven, etc. We were followed around the store by a sales associate as we decided to look at some monitors and then gaming mice. It was not subtle at all either - it was blatant shadowing us. We noticed this right away, said to hell with it, and I went to go pick up my online order so we could get out of there. I will not be returning, next time I need to make a tech purchase I will just wait for the shipping with Amazon.

I recently bought a VR headset from Best Buy to replace my old one, thinking I'd get a solid upgrade. What a massive mistake. The unit I purchased was completely unusable right out of the box—the graphics and display quality on this model are so far inferior to my previous headset that you literally cannot read a single thing on screen. Text is a blurry mess, details are nonexistent, and the whole experience was eye-straining garbage. This wasn't some minor nitpick; it was straight-up defective-level bad for anything requiring clear visuals.Extremely unhappy doesn't even cover it. I spent hours troubleshooting, adjusting settings, cleaning lenses, resetting, and digging through forums and support docs to see if there was any way to fix it. Spoiler: there wasn't. The hardware just sucks compared to what I had before. So, after wasting my time and patience, I decided to return it—still well within what I was told was the return window.I walked into the store (9 days after purchase) ready for a straightforward refund. The employee asked for my card to process it, everything seemed fine... then at the last second, she hits me with "Oh, policy changed—it's in-store credit only for this item now." What?! I specifically asked the salesperson when I bought it if the standard return policy applied, and they assured me yes—it was a full refund within 10 days, and that Meta only has a 10-day warranty/return thing. No mention whatsoever of any "in-store credit only" BS or special exceptions for headsets/VR gear. If that restriction existed, why wasn't it disclosed at purchase? I wouldn't have bought it if I knew I was locked into store credit for a product that turned out to be trash. To top it off, the customer service was nonexistent. This kind of bait-and-switch nonsense, combined with rude, apathetic staff, is exactly why places like Best Buy are going to go out of business soon. Why shop here when you get lied to about policies, stuck with unusable products, and treated like an inconvenience? Save yourself the headache—buy electronics anywhere else. Amazon, direct from the manufacturer, literally anywhere with actual customer service and honest return policies.I did plan on using the return money to buy an online only model that cost a lot more $$, but now i will never be shopping at Best Buy again. 0/10. Avoid.
