    My partner came in to swap a controller/use his warranty. Horrible customer service and the email said accessories do not matter yet anything we didn’t have was removed from the new controller. The prices of warranty have doubled and the service here is subpar. Not impressed, likely will not shop here again after this warranty. Customer service desk employees need a reform.

    Leadership needs a complete overhaul. Until this location learns to curb its biased attitude towards its former staff, i wont shop here. Visions will get my business. *Edit! 11/7/25 Called the Contact Us line TWICE! All you did was send it to the problematic store. Completely useless resolution. When ALL MANAGEMENT, including the 3 or 4 I trained MYSELF get extra training in microaggressions and biased attitude? THEN we can talk. Until then, this store has LOST my business.

    ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star for the initial experience, 5 stars for Arashneet’s help) I recently visited the Best Buy store to explore different smartwatch models, mainly to see which size would best suit my wrist. While I was browsing, a team lead named Justin approached me and asked what I was looking for. I explained that I wanted to try out a few sizes and asked if they had certain models available. His response was, “No, unfortunately we won't be able to do anything for you today.” His tone felt very dismissive and close-ended, leaving me with the impression that I wasn’t welcome in the store. Despite the initial disappointment, I tried to engage with another associate to ask questions about the features and differences between some models. Unfortunately, I was directed back to Justin, and once again, I felt like my questions were being brushed off without genuine interest or effort to assist. I left the store feeling disappointed and unsure if I even wanted to return—but I did come back about an hour later, hoping to find someone else who might be more helpful. That’s when I met Arashneet, and I’m so glad I did. She was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to understand my concerns about wrist sizing. She assured me that I could purchase the watch and return it within 30 days if it didn’t fit or meet my expectations. Her helpfulness and positive attitude completely turned around my experience. While my visit started off on a negative note, Arashneet truly saved the day. I hope Best Buy takes note of her excellent customer service—and also addresses the kind of dismissive behavior that can leave customers feeling unheard and unwelcome.
