Proces were lower but not fair. Plus I lost quite a bit of data. They are careless when backing up a phone. Before I had a chance to confirm my old one was erased. This is the second and last time.
Next week going to get my roommate a phone and they change the deal and lie. Now no 300 gift card. Plus the rudest people in that store.

Absolutely beyound disappointed!
First off...we drove 1 hour and half to purchase a tv today. Get home to open it to install it . Just to find out the screen is completely broken in multiple spots !
Then trying to contact lloyminster store is nearly impossible! I would like something done about this as now we have to waste more gas to drive back ... when if someone would anwser a phone instead of call center someone could deliever a new tv and exchange the broken one. 😡
Edit will update next month when we pick up replacement.
So far its being replaced and the manager was very helpful thank you 😊
Update will give more stars now. The second tv we received today was not broken thankfully, thank you to kale 😊
Update again we got the replacement but the screen is all blotchy yellow all over it . Took it back today the ecact same thing is wrong with the 3rd one. Will be brining this one back. They did plug it in at the store to test it out but you dont see the blotches when the lights are on in the house , the moment lights are off You can clearly see the yellow blotches

Still upset had to drive in there 5 times thought to get a tv that wasnt broken feel like they coulda gave me lil better of deal spent like today but tv works.
1st time We initially drove in picked up first tv that was cracked
2nd time to take it back and ordered replacement because they were outta stock
3rd time to pick up replacement
4th time took back replacement because was blotchy yellow patched screen
5th time because that tv was also blotchy yellow patches on screen
Should be compensated a lil bit better because this has turned into a stressful situation that probably gave me 10 more grey hairs lol. 😅 no stars ✨️ upgraded because of this entire situation. But the Best buy employees were nice though. Thank you Ash and kale
Long story short dont recommend getting
LG UHD tv anytime soon. Get a Q6f QLed Samsung

Wish there was more in stock at the store and was easily able to call the location instead of the call center. But 10 STARS for Udip - he is incredible at his job helping me with laptop choices. He seemed to be even more knowledgeable than one of the managers I spoke to. He was so friendly and spent a ton of time with me answering all my questions.
