    I went into the store and asked about 2 computers that they had on display and was told that they were both out of stock so I had left the store and went home. I then checked on their website and saw that they had a computer that I wanted and it was available at the store so I drove back over there and asked about it. When they looked on what there stock was I was told they had 41 in stock but when they looked in the inventory I was told that yet again they were out of stock and it was an error on the website. I had asked about 3 seperate computers and was told every-time they were out of stock. If they do not have the computers in stock they should not have them on display as it is very confusing and the website should be accurate, I am incredibly frustrated and can say I won’t be looking there again for quite a while.

    I am so grateful that MEGAN the senior supervisor really help me to solve my case. IF there is a 10 star I will give to her. She should promote to be manager. JJ was helpful also to look after on my end you guys did a great Job!

    horrible experience with store manager, they just make their own rules and conditions. She didn't help me at all and she is having lots of attitude problem. Very poor customer service skills. Purchased phone and they gave me the membership and when I tried to cancel it they told me i have to pay 200 dollars, they didn't explain me this when I purchased my phone.

    Worst customer service ever with cell phone department. Their sale representative approached me asking me what cell phone I was looking for I said Pixel Koddoo I was talking to her and she left! Her co-worker told me to just wait a minute, he wasn't helping anyone just standing there. They only had one customer to serve. This is the 3nd time in two weeks we come to buy a cell phone. We want to shop at Best buy we have montly membership and wanted the $200 gift card, we spent over $ 12,000 this year in appliances and electronics. Best buy you are finally losing our bussiness.
