    Worst customer service ever with cell phone department. Their sale representative approached me asking me what cell phone I was looking for I said Pixel Koddoo I was talking to her and she left! Her co-worker told me to just wait a minute, he wasn't helping anyone just standing there. They only had one customer to serve. This is the 3nd time in two weeks we come to buy a cell phone. We want to shop at Best buy we have montly membership and wanted the $200 gift card, we spent over $ 12,000 this year in appliances and electronics. Best buy you are finally losing our bussiness.

    Wow GP Best Buy! Horrible horrible experience. Got an Xbox series x from here, it had crashing issues left right and center. Brought it back, was supposed to get a brand new system and got mailed a refurbished series x as a replacement. Same issue with that one. Just had it brought back today by my brother in law and they tried scamming him out of another $200-$300 when they knew damn well the price we paid for the original series x was over $790. We were told to bring the old console in to be replaced, well now they’ve taken the cords and the controller out of the box. After being hung up on twice with customer service and all the screw around from this location, I don’t see myself EVER shopping there again. Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Sneaky and dishonest employees trying to make extra cash with lies. I don’t think I’ll ever shop here again. Only reason Best Buy started doing something is because I called Microsoft/xbox first by mistake and the guy I spoke to from there was beyond pissed off when I told him the whole story. As a company like this you would think Best Buy would have a better minimum standard. After looking at the receipt they took the cords and controller and this console is only worth $599.99?!?! I’m going to have an absolute blast when you fix all this bs!

    Awful experience with geek squad, I’ve paid for a membership for over 2 years now and I’ve never been able to get proper help with fixing my desktop. I’ve taken their recommendations and over the past couple years and replaced parts and also ended up building a brand new one with them and still were never been able to fix my random black screen while I stream. Recently I brought my laptop over to get a tune up because it’s running super slow at 4 fps and the one guy (I think he’s a manager but not sure) just opened task manager and told me everything looks fine, he looked at it less then 5 minutes. And I also brought my old Samsung phone to get looked at too see if there’s any way to unlock it because I forgot my passkey and all he did was factory reset it without asking my permission, I lost all my photos and important information. Would never recommend their service to anyone, it’s like they don’t care or no consequences for doing a horrible job.

    Best Buy and by extension, Geek Squad have some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. (Keep in mind the events of this review have taken place over the coarse of the last year and a half with no urgency or care) For context: I purchased a PC from Best Buy that was faulty from day one. I sent it out for repair, and instead of actually fixing anything, they stripped out the components I had installed myself and returned the machine claiming there were no issues. (I have since had it diagnosed at another store and they easily located the issue and are working to resolve it) To make matters worse, they removed the SSD entirely without explanation or justification leaving me with a PC I couldn't even use. I had to spend an additional $120 to buy a new SSD just to be able to use the machine again. After a long and frustrating fight, I finally got my original SSD back something that never should have been removed in the first place. When I brought this issue to their attention, they more or less shrugged it off. No apology, no compensation, nothing. Keep in mind, I had full proof of purchase, with receipts and dates to back up everything I was saying as well as confirmation from their department that they infact did have the part. Getting in contact with anyone at the store is a nightmare. I’ve called countless times with no answer. As someone from out of town, I simply want to confirm if the right person is even there before taking time off work or making a long drive just to avoid another wasted trip. Honestly, do not, under any circumstances, deal with Geek Squad. They are unprofessional, disorganized, and in my experience, completely unaccountable. It feels less like a service and more like a scam.
