Purchased one last year and haven’t been able to get a replacement as they refuse to order in for my phone. I was told the only thing they could offer was a cheaper plastic protector instead. The protector they refuse to order in is still available from the manufacturer, even though Best Buy pretends it is discontinued. I contacted the support as requested by the review reply, and was told they can’t help me via the support line.
