  Before dealing with the staff located in Fort McMurray Best Buy was going to lose a long term customer The staff was understanding and attentive and made this high value mistake correct. Going forward i will not be using the online shipment method and strictly will be using the in store pick up option. Thank you to the staff.

  I went in to purchase an Apple Watch as a present for my husband. I received great customer service from one of the attendants (I didn’t catch their name). Unfortunately, my experience was affected by a strong body odour from two other staff members potentially from India. In a customer-facing role, basic hygiene really matters and can impact the overall experience. I hope management addresses this, as the store otherwise has a lot of potential.

  We have a new and bigger Best Buy store in town. This store is much bigger and has more products. This is located in the same mall, the same floor; just opposite side of previous location. Laptop and phone selection are good. However Staples has more options and better prices than the new Best Buy store. Lots of free parking spaces in front of the mall. Very easy access from parking lots to this store. It is just first store from the main entrance. Recommend others to try this store and shop local to help local.
