- NSNeeraj Sharma1 day ago1.0I purchased three appliances from this store: a range, a refrigerator, and a stacked laundry unit. When the delivery arrived from Best Buy’s delivery partner on March 3, the leg of the laundry unit was broken and there were scratches around it. Because the item was damaged, I refused to accept the laundry unit. The delivery documents clearly state that the laundry unit was returned by the customer. I visited the store the next day to request a refund. The store associate told me it would take 2–3 days for the money to be returned. However, today is March 9 and I still haven’t received a single call or update from the store about my refund or when I can expect to receive it. It feels like my money is stuck without any clear timeline. I am very disappointed with the service and the lack of communication.
