  This 5-star review is specifically for Sukhpreet. After multiple phone calls, conflicting information from support, being told different policies by different stores, and being redirected across locations in Edmonton for a defective TV exchange, I was honestly exhausted. I do not own a vehicle and was repeatedly told to transport a large TV myself, despite earlier being informed that pickup should be arranged for large defective items. When I finally reached this location, Sukhpreet was the one who took ownership of the situation. She listened carefully, remained patient, and worked through the process even when internal limitations made it complicated. It took time and effort, but she stayed professional and solution-focused until the pickup exchange was successfully scheduled. The experience with Best Buy overall was frustrating due to inconsistent information and lack of coordination between stores and phone support. However, Sukhpreet’s professionalism and willingness to genuinely help made the difference. She represents what customer service should look like.

  Best experiences ever buying phone plans both times and all the phone sales associates are great! I don’t know about the other areas though! Great experience and new phone for same price as old plan around 80 bucks for the base model latest iPhone.

  I had such a great experience purchasing my Meta glasses from this staff member I believe his name was Amrit. Like even from the start, he went above and beyond he did more than most do. I think this was the best customer service I had ever experienced. He didn’t just explain the product thoroughly but he was also genuinely caring. He even took a moment to ask me about my day and honestly, sometimes that’s all you need. That small gesture made the experience feel personal and welcoming. He felt happy to assist sometimes when you ask for help people seem annoyed. It’s nice to know that people like this still exist. He was also patient, knowledgeable, never rushed me, and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. Like he wasn’t trying to force the product on me either. You can tell he truly cares about people, not just selling something. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for Meta glasses or anything else in general here.
