    Lied to again about being able to buy a phone outright. I thought it was illegal to force you to buy a phone that was locked to a carrier if you paid full price. Best buy is the absolute worst place to shop

    I recently just bought an iPad Pro, and the salesperson sold me the wrong colour. When I asked about the Apple Pencil, he convinced me to buy the most expensive one (pencil pro) because, according to him, the basic and “cheaper” pencil would not be compatible with the iPad Pro, which is bullshit. At the end of the course, they were trying to persuade me to buy the extra protection. I didn’t like the service this time. Very unknowledgeable staff :(

    Thought I should give a review since an initial positive experience turned to a not so positive experience. I bought a iPhone 17 and one for my wife. Two phones. I traded in the old phones, my wife’s was in really bad shape so didn’t gat anything for the trade in. Mine was a iPhone 11 a bit old but in good shape. The representative Lillian said she could give me $130 something for it, can’t remember the exact amount but she said that the quote would still be good if I don’t wait too long. I said I’ll hold on to it for a few days because my grandson might be able to use it. Happen he didn’t need it so I brought it back to trade in. I brought in back and told a older representative (Asian) that I was quoted a trade in in the area I mentioned before, he looked at my phone took off the protective case and said you wouldn’t get too much for this phone there’s some scratches on the side of it. Now I never take my phone out of the protective case and when I looked at where he was referring to he must have super eye site , even with my glasses on I could not see what he was referring to. I reply you got to be kidding. I knew right there I was not getting what I was quoted and he continued to go on about the battery life afterwards. Suffice to say I got $81 for it. Just a big disappointment since I bought two phones from them and to then undercut me. I asked for the representative I spoke to before but they said she was not working. People work hard for what they get give us a break. Curtis

From answering all my questions patiently to making sure I found exactly what I needed, his service was exceptional. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and genuinely helpful.     went to Best Buy for a camera that I had purchased there, and I didn’t understand much at first and had many questions. Albert Chow was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I fully understood my purchase. He took the time to make sure I really understood everything and answered all my questions patiently. He was patient, professional… great experience at Best Buy thanks to his excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
