I went to the Family & Friends event tonight and the experience was honestly amazing. Every staff member was attentive, helpful, and genuinely made the night feel special — especially Lillian, who went above and beyond to help. The atmosphere was positive, upbeat, and had such a good vibe for shopping. The store layout made it super easy to find everything I needed for my Christmas shopping — no stress, no confusion, just smooth. I’m officially hooked. I’ll happily drive into Edmonton and only shop at this Best Buy from now on. Highly recommend!

I went to Best Buy today for a smartwatch. After trying to flag down staff for 30 minutes, I started to look at the products myself and decided on the smartwatch I wanted. After trying for another 5-10 minutes to flag down staff again, I decided to look at Amazon. I found the watch I wanted AND it was less because of Black Friday sales. While I'm frustrated at the complete lack of service, I am happy that it gave my the chance to find a better deal and shop somewhere else.

Today I visited this place twice. I am simply negatively impressed by the staff who work here. After seeing that the website has the cover I need, I went here, the staff said yes, we have 2 pieces in stock. After a long wait, they said they couldn't find them so I ordered online and came in 2-3 days! I'd rather order on Amazon and have it delivered to my home tomorrow! I will no longer visit this place because the employees don't even want to move and do anything! Better not waste your time and nerves!

Extremely frustrated with my recent experience at this location. I received the standard email notification stating my order was "ready for pickup" the same email I've received on all my previous Best Buy purchases, which has always meant exactly that: ready to pick up. I drove an hour to the store based on this notification, only to be told upon arrival that my item actually wasn't ready and that I needed to wait for a phone call before coming in. This is completely unacceptable. If the item isn't actually ready for pickup, don't send an email saying it is. I've ordered from Best Buy multiple times before and this email has always meant the item was ready, why the inconsistency now? This wasted 2 hours of my time and gas money for a trip that shouldn't have been necessary. For customers who don't live nearby, accurate pickup notifications aren't just convenient they're essential. Best Buy needs to fix their notification system or train staff to ensure items are actually ready before triggering these emails. Very disappointed and will think twice before ordering for pickup again.
