I’d like to leave a very positive review for Manpreet. She’s super friendly, attentive, and actually knows their stuff. She listened to what I needed, didn’t push anything unnecessary, and helped me find exactly the right product. Everything was explained clearly and honestly, which I really appreciated. Great customer service — definitely coming back!

Best Buy is generally a middle of the road experience at best and on my most recent visit, it was once again. Some of their customer service flow works great (if you do your research ahead of time and just need to come in and grab something, it's very convenient and they are excellent at letting you know what kind of warranty options and cheese filling can be added on to your latest purchase). Reverse logistics and the delineation of the experience between BB and BB Marketplace is very disappointing. Update following the owner's response: Moving this down from a 3/5 to a 2/5. Never attempt to use their online chat service - agent training is limited and it is a total waste of time. Don't bother.

I purchased a Samsung Q600F soundbar in store, sold as new. When I opened the box at home, the soundbar inside was a completely different model and did not match the packaging or SKU. The box appeared to be normal retail packaging and labeled from Western Distribution, so this was very disappointing to discover after getting home. I had to make an extra trip back to the store to resolve an issue that should never happen with new inventory. To their credit, the store did issue a refund, but the experience has made me hesitant to trust sealed electronics purchases without opening them immediately. Best Buy really needs better return and inventory verification, especially on higher-value items.

I usually have no issues with this location however as of late it’s like some of the employees don’t want to do their jobs. I was looking on their app for a set of headphones for my daughter for Christmas. I found a pair of pink Beats Studio pros on sale for $200 and saw they had it in stock. I typically just order it online and pick up a couple hours later but I was planning on using a gift card (joker Mastercard) so I just went in to purchase instead. I went to the headphones isle and Supreet was there so I showed her the app and asked for that pair. She said she had to go to the back and look. She came back 5 minutes later and said they don’t have them and that they don’t even come in that colour…. As I’m literally looking at them on their website. I asked her to look again because when the Best Buy app shows stock it’s always very accurate. She insisted they don’t have them and that they don’t even come in pink. Which again is ridiculous because I’m looking right at them. After she refused to do anything I went to customer service and spoke with another person, she took the item number and said “yeah we have 5 of them I’ll be right back” she was gone for maybe a minute and came back with the headphones in hand. What’s frustrating is people are coming in getting Christmas gifts for their families only to be told they don’t have the product when in fact they do, and some (not all) employees won’t even do the bare minimum. I wonder how many sales they lose because customers take them at face value and just leave thinking the product isn’t in stock. After I made my purchase I went to Supreet to show her the headphones so she would know for next time not to just give up especially if it says it’s in stock. She couldn’t care less 🤷‍♀️.

I had a very disappointing experience at Best Buy today december 21 with a female cashier named DIVANSHI on the receipt. When I asked about the price of a SmartTag, she responded sarcastically, “It’s cheaper than an AirTag,” which had nothing to do with my question. She then added, “The app shows $69 but on the computer it’s $59—so it’s cheaper,” in a clearly mocking tone. While returning an item I decided not to buy, she laughed with a coworker (slim woman seemed to be the same race like her) and mentioned me, making me feel mocked. Customers deserve respectful treatment. This behavior is unprofessional and should be addressed by management. Im very dissapointed.
