    Bought 75 inch tv & soundbar prior to black friday, with confirmation we could get price match, negotiated small credit as well in light of large purchase. Customer service during price match wanted to deduct our small $200 credit from $700 price match, had to get management involved (Kayla - Supervisor) to get it corrected, she was fantastic, understood the situation and professional to deal with. Thank you Kayla

    I had a very frustrating experience at Best Buy recently and wanted to share my story. I bought a 75” TV for $1500, but didn’t take it home right away. I asked them to hold it for a week, but the next day, I realized it was too big for the space I had planned for it. So, I decided to exchange it for a 65” TV. When I returned to the store, Kayla in customer service was the one helping me. She checked and told me that the 65” TV was available in-store, which was great. However, when she went to check on the 75” TV I had purchased, she told me that the warehouse couldn’t find it and didn’t know where they had put it. She said that I should go home and wait for her to call me once they sorted it out. I waited for two days and never received a call, so I returned to the store to follow up. When I asked for my remaining balance, Kayla said, “I told you I would call you,” without offering any apology for the delay. It felt like she wasn’t taking my concerns seriously at all. At that point, I just wanted a refund since I didn’t want to go through with the exchange anymore. I told her it wasn’t my fault that the TV couldn’t be found, but she didn’t seem to care. She was dismissive and didn’t offer an apology for the confusion or the inconvenience. To make matters worse, when she processed the refund, she accidentally gave me extra money—more than I was owed. When I returned the extra payment, she didn’t acknowledge it or even thank me. Her attitude was rude, and I was left feeling completely unheard and disrespected. Overall, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and care I received. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled especially by Kayla was unacceptable. I won’t be shopping at this location again.

    I bought a washer and dryer unit here and it was defective. It leaked causing damage to my floor lino in my hall and kitchen. It leaked a pond of water. Then they gave me a deal on a different model and when they delivered the new washer and dryer unit to my home and smashed a chunk out of a tile and scraped up a piece of the newly painted door jam. They aren't registered with the better business bureau so I am having a hard time complaining about them. They won't admit they caused the damages. They lie and say its old damage but the floor is new. If you get an appliance delivered to your home tell the retailer, best buy or who ever else, DO NOT USE METRO SUPPLY CHAIN. These people should be in jail I have to spend hundreds if dollars to take them to small claims court and potentially hundreds more to fix the damage they caused. I'm still dealing with samsung over the water damage caused too.

She even skipped her break just to make sure everything was taken care of properly. Her dedication and customer service deserve a full 5 stars.     Buyers beware, I bought a new cell phone from this location it came with an app already on it...all my information was hacked. Back to the store I go two days after buying it to no upheld warranty. I now have to buy into a monthly membership so they will even repair my phone again set up and bought by them. Told we can cancel at anytime but this will give us coverage because my lap top was compromised thanks to the app on my new phone. Fast forward four months I am still being charged for this membership I canceled in July. Go online says its canceled, call the bank they said its a subscription, go to store not one person can answer me but hey I'll waste another 2500.00 on another new phone! Finally get someone on the call center he called me back from BC told me the complete opposite of what was said in the store, had zero customer service skills. Now Im on a year membership cannot cancel or I'll be charged a penalty. Talk about a scam! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR protection plans, membership plans or anything else they take a subscription from. I spent over 10,000.00 in camera equipment from Best buy, 4 laptops, 2 tablets, meta quest, 3 xboxes, 8 cell phones over the years, 4 tvs, receipts for all and they wont cancel a "monthly membership" and stop charging me 20.00 after claiming multiple times in front of my son it was a monthly subscription and signing on the screen meant coverage for my cell phone and lap top repair. They will NEVER get my business back after this!
