  I had a great experience with this store Piyush who assisted from the very beginning until the end for my data transfer it takes 3hrs to stay there just to finished everynthing from my old phone to new phone Piyush is very accomadating and had excellent costumer service. I appreciate all the help he rendered me even he was busy. Thank you Piyush!

  We’ve shopped here twice in the last few months and were let down both times... ​Just before Christmas, we spent 35 minutes at the Meta glasses rack while an employee watched us without offering help. Once we finally approached her with the item number and stock info, we practically had to help her search the locked cabinet for another 20 minutes to find the pair. It was clear our presence was a burden. ​Most recently, I came to the mobile department to ask about the Galaxy Watch Ultra on Rogers network. (I had already ordered it for pickup but Google was saying it might not work on their network) The associate repeatedly insisted it wouldn't work because it wasn't an Apple watch. She then dismissed me by suggesting a Geek Squad appointment. I set it up myself in the car in minutes and what do ya know, it works perfectly on their network. It’s disappointing to receive such confidently incorrect advice from the mobile department. While the online pickup desk was actually great and very helpful, the floor staff seem to lack both the product knowledge and the initiative to assist. I’ll be sticking to online orders from now on to avoid the frustration.

  Had a serious issue with my work laptop and within minutes, the Geek Squad team had identified and solved the problem. Additionally, when I asked their recommendations for how to better support my laptop, they provided specific examples of how I can improve my battery life - so thankful! My monthly investment in Geek Squad is worth it just for this kind of timely support. Thank you Geek Squad :)

  Chris and Eli were very accommodating and knowledgeable about laptops. I had some issues with my Omen 16 Laptop. Chris was kind and able to exhange the laptop. He knew what he was talking about and made good suggestions.

  Dont know if its all the best buy policy or i just got a bad judgy representative. I was comparing the apple watch 11 series 46mm and 42 mm. Couldnt figure it out which one gonna suit. Dude showed up and i was like hey is there any way i can check which one will be good for my wrist. And he was like nope, we are not allowed to take of the demo unit u have to put through the holder and kinda go from there. I was like whaaat?? Spending 740+ cad and cant check that out? No thank you. Can get it from somewhere else. PS: you shared a link which took me to the chat. And theres no option to complain or talk about scopes to improve!! If u really care then please guide me through, if u cant thats ok too, its not at the end of the world. But my request is please dont pretend u care. Thank yoh
