This is a massive 5-Stars for Ash in the Geek Squad Department.
This was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced and working in that industry myself it really makes me appreciate it more.
I had an issue with a laptop that had me banging my head against the wall because I just couldn’t get to the bottom of it.
Ash had me in and out within maybe 30 minutes, fixed up and good to go. Extremely knowledgeable and I learned lots just in the brief conversation I had with him.
I would highly recommend him, thank you Ash!

She said she is the manager but so rude. I was just gonna buy laptop. Oh my goodneeas her attitude is horrible. She hate her job. I wpuld never ever recommend this location of best buy. Just south common. People are friendly and helpfull. But definetely that manager has to go and do other job.

An employee here kept misgendering me, probably because I have a slightly androgynous face and am tall for a woman. This is utterly unacceptable in and of itself, but, on top of that, she had just viewed my ID which clearly states that I am female. As someone who has endured extensive harrassment throughout life due to not appearing hyperfeminine without makeup, I found this ignorance despicable. Your employees are in dire need of sensitivity training. Misgendering someone in Canada is technically a crime, as it can qualify as hate speech.
I only gave this store two stars because I did receive the correct product when I picked it up. Otherwise, it would have been one star... or zero, if that were possible.

Absolutely terrible service. I wasted 30 minutes just trying to find anyone who actually works here. When I finally did, she claimed to be the manager yet she was unbelievably rude and completely unprofessional. If this is how management treats customers, it explains why the service here is so awful. Huge disappointment. I do not recommend this location at all.

Great service from Karan in Mobility and Cathleen in Customer Service/Web Pickup. Both were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Really appreciated their help and professionalism.
