  I like going to Best Buy’s but the staff in this location are not the best. They don’t seem to be interested in answering questions from customers and no assistance at all. It seems like they don’t wanna deal with customers. So I try to order online on their site and just pick up the items so I don’t have to deal with their staff.

  The service was good and the staff did their jobs well. This is not a complaint about performance. However, there were basic in-store issues. Several price tags were outdated, and in multiple cases the price displayed did not match the item placed above it, which made shopping confusing and frustrating. In addition, the store felt extremely one-sided in terms of staff representation. Nearly all employees appeared to be from India, which made the experience feel disconnected from Canada’s multicultural identity. When you visit another country, you expect to experience that country. When you shop in Canada, the environment should reflect Canada — not feel like you’re somewhere else entirely. A more balanced workforce and better price accuracy would improve the overall experience.

  The sales representative, whose name is Namnet, is excellent in customer service. She explained the items in simple language, making it easy to understand. Excellent Job

  Extremely disappointed with my experience at the Best Buy on 109 St in Edmonton today. I came in excited and prepared to purchase a PS5, but instead I was repeatedly followed by multiple staff members as if I was being monitored. The behaviour was excessive, uncomfortable, and paired with rude and disrespectful interactions. I should not have to feel singled out or profiled while shopping. This experience felt discriminatory and is completely unacceptable. I left without purchasing anything and I will not be returning. Management needs to take this seriously.

  I bought a new TV and when I opened it, one of the TV stands was missing. They sold me an opened TV at a new price. I do not recommend it.I bought a TV for the second time and they argued that it was delivered. The person who delivered it left a note saying that I had lost it and left. I bought another TV from another store. It took me 5 days to return it. It's sad.
