  I came to buy a new phone and an associate said they will be right with me. I waited 25 min before someone showed up. Completely unacceptable.

  "I had a great experience at the Apple Store today. STEPHEN was the technician who helped me, and he was incredibly friendly and professional.   Came in to get the back of my phone fixed, didn’t want to wait so I made an appointment for the next day, got helped right once my appointment was set for (I was a few mins early) which was nice, but they didn’t warn me yesterday when we talked about my phone that I would need the receipt to even do anything with it. This phone has apple care but my friend who I just bought the phone off of would’ve had to gotten his parents to look for the receipt and they live 5 hours away, they said there was nothing they could do which is ridiculous and that apple care was bought now for literally nothing because nobody warned me.

  3:00 appointment. Arrived early, left waiting. Seems to be common with those review Apple Headset guy, Ken, is super friendly / knowledgeable, but some of the female staff here do not seem super friendly unfortunately. When I came in the manager was lecturing workers in front of the entire store. Imo, not a great look for an Apple Store lol

  The latest iOS updates (26.3 and couple before that) are draining the battery so fast. I have noticed it on both my iPhone 15 and iPad after updating to these latest iOSs with even reduced usage of the devices. Please, fix this battery-drain issue. Thank you!
