Buy at Costco or other places offering much better return or exchange policy. Very poor customer service with no assistance to provide customer satisfaction. I will file a complaint report of this sad experience at WEM’s Apple Store to BBB organization.

Sanpreet was the tech specialist who fix my phone issue in few minutes. He is knowledgeable and professional. I was amazed how he resolved it so easy. He ensured too that everything works perfectly before I left the store. Amazing customer service definitely recommended!

After browsing around different phones, I decided to get the iPhone 17 pro max. I walked in towards the associate and he’s quick to help. Great customer service too and within minutes I got my new phone without any hassle.

Escalated as high as I could get only to be told thy had no proper info from the repair center and that my 8 month old mint condition Apple Watch was being sent back to me with no warranty repair done. I will NEVER buy another Apple product again. Disgusted at the lack of info and customer service I received.
- JRJeannie RonNov 4, 20251.0Wow, very rude at this location. Walked in with my elderly mother at approx 11:30 MST today and the person working near the door approached us to ask if we needed help. I had a question about the size of the iPad mini because it seemed to have gotten smaller than the one I bought a few years back. He seemed very impatient and said this model was being sold for the last couple years and just walked away. I made eye contact with him two more times because we wanted to buy one of the iPad minis but he just would not come back. I went toward the back of the store to look for help but everyone was very busy. Went back near the entrance and stood for a couple minutes and the young man that originally spoke to us still wouldn’t come back so we left. I guess we will have to get a different device from elsewhere.
