  Spent nearly an hour waiting to pick up my repaired laptop. Unimpressed. Dropping the laptop off went a lot better, and the repair period was adequate. The 2 techs that I worked with were awesome. Everything else not so much.

  Called the store on Jan 5th/26 around 4:35pm and a horrible human by the name of Tom picked up. All he did was lie. I even asked when he would be at the store so I could deal with him to get this resolved and he said he lived at the store 24hrs a day 7 days a week. Absolutely ridiculous and very concerning that he would treat a customer like that. If anyone is reading this make sure if you are in the store for any sort of help to ask for anyone except Tom. I will be going to the store with my phone recording soon to talk to management over his disgusting behavior so no other customer has to go through this.

  I recommend shopping elsewhere. This location appears unwilling to exchange products, even when defects are present immediately upon purchase, and instead attempts to place responsibility on the customer.

  I was just roaming in the mall and walked-in to the apple store. I never had an iphone before. I saw iphone 17 and got curious. Chandan is awesome at what he is doing. He attended me and explained everything nicely. Calm and composed personality. A genuine review and comparison between 16 & 17. One thing I liked the most, he didn’t force me to buy (like typical sales person). Also, he was helpful doing affirm setup. Got my 1st iphone. 10/10 for his service.

  Came here in September to buy an iPad for school, came into the store wearing motorcycle gear and stood right by the iPads. The security guard instantly came and talked to me cuz I had a bag, no big deal. But the Apple Store employees seemed to take no notice to me as I stood by the iPads for 20 minutes, seeing all these women who came in AFTER ME getting helped by every male store associate. Eventually I mentioned it to the security guard standing by me and he laughed and said he noticed it to. I was waving my hand and trying to get help this whole time. Again, whatever I wrote it off as they were busy. Now today, my girlfriend went to this store to correct a mistake in her online order and a female employee, who flaunted 9 years of customer service at this store, berated her so badly, this employee belittled her, called her stupid, even swore at her. I had to interrupt MY OWN work day to talk to her about the situation, now if your employees are this incompetent it is something I believe should be brought to corporate’s attention and I hope something is done about this employee as it is completely inappropriate and neither of us, our friends, or family will be shopping here again.
