  I dont usually leave reviews but this was the worst experienced. No wonder the other one-star reviews talk about the manager. She is the problem. From the second we walked in, she clearly didn’t want to help. We came for a simple troubleshoot family recovery. and she couldn’t even be bothered to listen. She cut us off, talked down to us, and basically told us they’re not helping us anymore. The attitude was unbelievable. I tried explaining this simple issue to another member he was friendly at first but then she called him and told him not to assist us, and his attitude instantly changed to rude. It was completely unprofessional and honestly embarrassing us and for a store like Apple. Her explanation didn’t even make sense. She told us to use another Apple device to recover the issue. That’s literally why we came into the store in the first place. If we had another device, we wouldn’t need her. She just didn’t want to help, plain and simple. This manager is rude, uninterested, and shouldn’t be in charge of anything. *If this store is losing customers or money, it’s because of the person they decided to put in that position* I will never come back here.

  Great service. I went in knowing what I wanted and they didn’t try to upsell me. I walked in and one of the staff approached me, I told them what I wanted and it was delivered to us from the back, I paid right there, and left. Great experience overall.

  I came in at around 12:45 today (Oct. 29) to pick up my iPhone 17. The staff member at the Order Pickup counter was extremely polite. The two people before me seemed to have quite a few questions, so there was a slight delay, and he kept apologising and asking me to bear with him. When it was my turn, he was very considerate and asked whether I had any questions about the iPhone 17 or needed any assistance. I said I didn’t, and his service was just right — attentive in every detail without ever feeling overwhelming. I later returned because I had forgotten to ask about the eSIM. A tall gentleman with short blonde hair was incredibly patient and explained everything clearly — I understood immediately. Very professional! Overall, the staff at the Southgate Apple Store are excellent and made me feel truly welcomed.

  It would take too long to tell the whole story, but I just want to say that Dave, the manager, genuinely listened to my concern. He acknowledged it without being defensive-unlike many places that make you feel like you're exaggerating or lying. I really appreciate that Dave,Thank you! That's true customer service! I don't mind paying premium prices for Apple products when I receive both quality products and quality customer care.
