    The manager at this location should not be in her position. I’ve never left a negative review before but after my experience today I felt the need to. All the reviews warning about this locations manager are valid. I went in today to purchase a gift card to put towards an iPad Air pre order - as I needed to do a split payment. The employee helping me told me I didn’t need to purchase a gift card and that I could do a split payment online, I asked him multiple times if he was sure - as that was not what I was told previously. He assured me it was fine. We went through with the pre order via apples website and it billed all of the pre order to one card, which then did not go through. He went to get the manager who was immediately abrasive and annoyed she had to help. She told me I would need to cancel my order and that Apple did not take pre paid visas - which is false as I have used one there year after year. She also told me I could not purchase a gift card with a pre paid visa and that the employee who told me to that was incorrect, which was not her problem. While trying to cancel the order the manager kept grabbing my phone in my hand. Out of frustration I tossed my phone down and said “there you go”. This caused her to threaten me and say she would not help me with the pre order. I said that was fine as I did not need to be treated this way and left. I would like to stress my problem is not with the employee who helped me as I understand mistakes happen and he was helpful with answering my other questions. My problem is with their manger who felt the need to immediately be rude, abrasive, disrespectful, and to invade my personal space by touching my personal property without even asking. I upgrade my devices frequently and have several that are due for an upgrade this spring/summer, but after their managers behaviour I will be seriously thinking about continuing to purchase Apple products. The thousands of dollars I spend each year can be used elsewhere if Apple feels this behaviour is acceptable

    always always get a second opinion. Apple said my laptop was unable to be fixed + that it would not turn on following it's inspection. I took it to a separate repair shop and they were able to fix the issue within 30 minutes :( like at least give it back to me in it's original condition. disappointed

    I booked an appointment online only to come here wait for 30 minutes and no service! I unfortunately had to leave because I didn’t have anymore time to spare. What is the point of booking an appointment if I have to wait this long.

    This is a very difficult review to write because the experience I had, had such extremes to it. On the positive side, virtually every member of the frontline Apple team who worked on the floor, was kind and helpful, to the best of their ability, and really genuinely wanted to help me. I can’t say the same was true for the leadership of the store, for the most part. One interaction included a manager named Wade, who watched as my iPhone 17 selected a Wi-Fi network all on its own. He still did not see that there could be anything wrong with the phone snd despite out right agreeing and sympathizing with me, took no steps to fix or replace it. The was a saving grace from the leadership team, Cindy, who finally, after three months, stopped looking at the just diagnostics that had been done 1000 times and listened to the human in front of her. She was finally able to replace an iPhone 17 that had been nonfunctional from the day it was purchased over three months ago. I’m glad that I have a new phone, but I really wish that I hadn’t had to deal with this store to get it.

    I went in to purchase an IPad Air. The manager came up up to me and I told her I wanted to buy one when she asked if she could help me.. then she directed me to wait at another table where the one sales rap was already busy with three other customers as if no one else could ring up a sale for an IPad Air. Then the manager went and had a chat with another store employee ten feet from me. I left after after waiting for service. What a horrible manager. That was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had at an Apple Store. Is there a better place to buy one?
