  The service and quality is absolutely fabulous. Consultant Rashi and Manager Farishta helped me out to get my new phone and set up everything with an amazing deal. The deal had international roaming and calling features which I badly needed. I highly recommend the service of Best Buy Express. 5 stars!

  Closed before indicated hours. Arrived at 535pm. Hours are indicated 6pm. Staff looked straight at me and turn off the lights.

  Last week I visited the Best Buy Canmore store to purchase a Meta Quest 3. Unfortunately, my experience was not good. There was no proper staff available to guide me about the product. Still, I decided to buy it and asked for more details. The sales representative explained a few things about the product and the return policy. I was ready to make the full payment, but then the store manager came and told me that the product could not be returned once purchased. This was surprising because Best Buy’s official policy clearly states that the Meta Quest 3 is returnable within the return window. Because of this confusion and lack of proper service, I decided not to buy from the store. I finally purchased the product from Amazon instead. Overall, not a good service experience at this location.
