  Khan was very polite, supportive and friendly when I entered the store. He greeted me and was very helpful in giving me some helpful insight. Highly recommend this store and my experience with Khan was very positive.

  I had an excellent experience at Best Buy Canmore today😊😊I want to especially thank Ankita and her manager for being so kind, professional, and truly hands-on in helping me. Their customer service was outstanding,they patiently explained everything and made sure I got the best option for my needs.They helped me switch my phone provider from Fido to Virgin and found me a really great promotion, plus I even received a $100 gift card, which was a wonderful bonus. What impressed me most was how friendly, knowledgeable, and willing they were to help. You can really feel that they care about their customers. I highly recommend visiting this branch if you’re looking for good deals and amazing service. Thank you again, Ankita and team!😊😊😊

  Farishta was awesome, as are many of your staff, being extremely knowledgeable to meet my needs wanting a better case for my new iPhone 17promax. Screen protector applied by her and now feel much safer heading into the back country were there is limited wifi. Very personable and sold me on your service in Canmore store, located across from Canadian Tire, which offers free parking to shoppers. Found it to be a better case as my previous Otterbox, which also had a front cover (iPhone 8 plus).
